Improvements have been made to the look and feel of the application, such as a redesigned information screen, a new single consolidation order dialogue box, new toolbars for managing revocations and for changing which toolbars are visible.

The addition of a new tool to locate the most recently added item; the inclusion of watermarks on printed map images, in compliance with Ordnance Survey requirements; and a simulation mode to test how the situation will look on street when orders are confirmed, without actually having to confirm them in the main database, update the ParkMap application, making it more flexible and helping users stay on the right side of their legal requirements.

Due to the increasing number of local authorities moving over to the map based schedules module, this area has been greatly enhanced to include: improved order management; better configuration and version control; enhanced querying or proposed and confirmed orders for enforcement.

Additional standardisation will lead to closer integration with other TraffMap suite products. This includes standardisation between AccsMap and ParkMap, plus improved links between the TraffMap signing and lining product.

The Audit trail module has been such a useful tool for AccsMap users, it has been added to the ParkMap system as well. It will allow detailed analysis of who is accessing the ParkMap dataset and what queries they are making, as well as monitoring who inputs data and how. This can help with database management as well as identifying any potential training requirements.
